We have been using Rumble for about a year and a half. They have had to come back on occasion to retreat as needed, but have freely done so without any hesitation. I did have an issue a while back with their scheduler getting a little short with me trying to pin down the service appointment timeframe from sometime tomorrow to an AM or PM slot. I was available anytime, but did have things to do and needed to arrange my schedule accordingly. Normally this is not an issue, so I was really surprised when it was an issue this time. Every technician we have had has been courteous, thorough, and answered/addressed any questions/concerns. Our most recent service technician was Matt. He was very thorough and listened to all of our needs. We have been very pleased with our service.

Rumble is excellent. They make an appointment and show up on time. Very personable technician.
They do my outside on schedule, ask if I need inside. I was in FL so they just did outside. When I returned, my dog found a centipede so I called and they came out the next day. I am retired so have no time constraint issues, but they let me know when they’re 15 minutes away which is nice to get myself together.
I bought prepaid annual plan in 2025, and I just renewed with 10% discount for 2026.
